I recently went in for a leg wax. Once in the light it was very obvious what a poor job the girl did. As a traveler I was unable to go back to have it rectified. A very disappointing experience

Great service and friendly staff go above and beyond

They werent to interested i just wanted my toe nails clipped.

I recently went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I have naturally dark blonde hair and asked for blonde tint. I ended up with black eyebrows and when I asked which colour she had used the girls assured me it was light brown - I can assure you it was not. I expressed my concern and they were happy to try to ‘lighten’ them by attempting to wash off the henna which was unsuccessful.I like the shape but the colour is far to dark. She also waxed my brows before AND after tinting and I ended up with very painful, red and irritated areas under both of my brows.They weren’t willing to offer me a refund. Really disappointed.
