Zubias Threading

Unfortunately I will not return nor will I ever recommend! I asked for brow threading and tinted brows. I left with a stained top and uneven brows. The brow technician dropped the dye on my face and my top! I probably wouldn't bother to do a review if she had just acknowledged her mistake but instead of acknowledging the fact that she dropped it and stained my top she giggled and carried on as tho it didn't happen. No apology at all. Very unprofessional. I had to cancel my plans and go home to fix up my uneven, butchered brows and change my top (which is now in the rubbish as the stain couldn't be removed). Never again, disappointing as Clarkson is my local.

Will not be returning had my eye brows threaded & henna brows came away with two different eye brows left side was so much shorter than the right. Went back couple weeks later as was annoying me the other girl said she would thread them and to go back after the month & would 're do them for free.. I went back today threaded & henna brows she did them very slow which was very painful ... she said yes no problem then charged me as a customer came in she said of course you have to pay. I was so mad & embarrassed so I paid but disgraceful. My eyebrow still hasn't grown back properly this was the Clarkson shop...

I was reluctant to go due to a few bad reviews... Decided to go and make my own decision. I went in for threading. Manager served me. Was absolutely lovely. Done exactly what I wanted. Then I asked about laminating, she suggested a tint as I have eyebrows. Very pleased.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was absolutely devastated leaving this salon. After using the same eyebrow lady for a few years she recently moved interstate. I decided to go here trusting a good job would be done on my eyebrows as I have been growing them out for years. I specifically said to the lady that I want my eyebrows to be shaped and remain as thick as possible as I am still growing them out from over plucking many years ago. She destroyed my right eyebrow. The thinnest eyebrow I have ever had. Because I was visibly upset she tried to make the left side look thicker and put on SO MUCH tint to try to make them look thick again. I cannot believe I put my trust into someone, paid double what I usually pay and now I am left with different sized eyebrows that are so thin. Do not recommend this place one bit.

I used to go here quite often, three times I have had to go back and have them fixed, the last time was the last straw, I went and I had my eyebrows threaded and henna for $70 and they were uneven and wonky and I had henna all over my face where she hadn’t cleaned it off, I called up the next day and was told to come back in which I did, another girl fixed them up and then they charged me ANOTHER $50 to fix their mistake! I normally don’t complain but I sent them a message asking why I was charged and no one could be bothered to reply to me. Some of them are good some of them are shocking, maybe go if you enjoy playing the lottery but not if you have somewhere nice to be.

Well l love my eye brows. The lady did a great job. Shape suits and they are not over the top

I had a bad experience with zubias that is located in Joondalup shopping centre (she made 4 cuts to my eyebrows) that’s why I was bit scared to visit here but I am impressed with the manager who did it really quick like in 4 minutes without a single cut. Thank you vibha for your customer service. I really like the shape and everything. It’s just bit pricey $22, I used to pay $17 before. I would recommend it.

Having 1 staff member doing 4 customers brows at once is ridiculous. Lack of staff. Poor service. Will not be coming back.

So pleased with the results of my eyebrow shaping and eye lash lift on 23/06/22. The lady really took her time to perfect it and always checked that I was comfortable. She explained what she was doing and made some light warm conversation. Lovely serviceThankyou
