Stay Perfect

Wish I never went to this place ,I had a migraine for weeks and weeks after a treatment done in this place in Joondalup, migraine was instant headache ,teeth aching and strong pain all over my head ,ended up losing work taking sick leave and even today I am still in pain ,please ladies watch out for the HIFU treatment this establishment is offering, did nothing for my skin and I am in a lot of pain NOT RECOMEND AND WARNING FOR EVERYONE.

Highly unprofessional experience and service, I purchased a voucher on Scoopon and tried to contact the place multiple times during their trading hours with no answer, while leaving numerous voice mails to contact me back and no word from them. Eventually I managed to book an appointment almost 2 months after my original purchase of the voucher. I went in to just the same unprofessional experience, the lady didn’t introduce herself therefore I don’t know her name. She took me into the procedure room, barley explained the procedure, placed the whitening gel all over my teeth and gums (which you’re not meant to put on the gums) and left. Thought the procedure she showed zero interest or care about what she was doing. After the procedure finished she simply told me not to eat coloured foods, I wasn’t provided with any pamphlets with follow up care. After leaving the place within less than 2 minutes she has closed the whole place and left the building, it simply confirmed to me that she just couldn’t wait to get out of the place. I have never experienced such poor service, the lady requires more intensive training or simply another job, one preferably that doesn’t involve dealing with people since she clearly didn’t care at all about what she was doing. I hope this review resonates with people who are high enough in management that will actually take it into consideration. I read through other google reviews for this company and they’re just as poor.

I was very disappointed with my treatment. I had purchased a 40 minute teeth whitening treatment, I was there for under 30 minutes, Shelley didnot explain anything to me. She left me in the room and did not check on me once, it was rushed and very unprofessional.

Had fat freezing at this clinic and was a bit nervous, but had a good experience overall. One of the ladies stayed with me the whole time and was so nice and caring. Was given plenty of information. Highly recommend. I actually read all the groupon reviews which were nearly 100 reviews and nearly all highly recommend. Looking forward to my check up :)

Amazing food and grear customer service. So accomodating. Can't fault the food at all.... delicious

3 girls / women behind the desk were gossiping about someones married life and all eating mcdonalds. pretty unprofessional...
