The best. I've been to several eyebrow establishments in Perth. And Sam is easily the best, and most friendliest. She takes her time to ensure perfection and never rushes you, and doesn't give you the same Kardashian-Jenner that all other eyebrow artists seem to think being on every face. Sam is a gem!
